Well I always wanted to know so I am asking!!!

There is this one calle Extendz that I see all the time, and I am sure there are many more out there.

Do they just cause swelling, or do they really enhance as smaller appendage by actually enlarging it  physically?

If it does how does it work...not growth hormone....right???

 How does the formula target just the penis?
 also what if any side effects dos this have?

Also is it safe or are there long term damages that may occur over long periods of usage.

Would the man have to continue usage in order to retain and keep his new growth size or does that go away???

It may or may not be a scam but how often do you think they give people their money back?
