It's not a opinion. Go back in my pages and look at what the research we do tell you about the state of this planet. We're at a peak of 'wealth concentrations' for the moment but we already see the slope approaching. With it coming extinction of speices, flora and fauna, drinkable water, topsoil gone, etc and f*ng etc.

It's going to be faster than you expect, and accelerating.

And the peak of stupidity under our current ideals and system is that people do believe they can buy their way out of it. That's incredibly stupid but is a result of the way you and most others look at this life, as something we can buy and own, and money talks bs walks.

So f*ng stupid.

Seriously, can you see yourself inside some insulated dome, looking out at a dead planet? Oceans without life, oxygen gone. I won't expect anyone to be able to survive that vista, it will only prolong the suffering for those 'survivors'. As well as the knowledge of the way they 'survived', using greed and egoism as their ideals.

If you want to be cynical about it you can see it as those people voluntary placing themselves into isolation cells

The conveyor belt and mono cultures, the dream of mass production 'maximizing ' yields to protect our ever growing population from starvation. Did you know that we're becoming a 'mono culture' too. Sure we are.

Well, we're greedy, and some will lose profits on it. And as we all know, without money this world stops.

It's soo incredibly easy to see if you just use the right glasses. First comes greed and profits, then comes the 'ideas' of how it will benefit you. As for if it benefits this world is a new idea that hasn't taken hold yet. If it now ever will.

The funny thing is that without money this world probably would stand a better chance of recovering than it does with.

If you think of it a lot of our scientific progress has lead to unforeseen results.
Modern medicine and the Haber Bosh process leading to accelerating over populations f.ex which combined with traditional values, as needing a lot of kids, preferably males to support you in your old age leads us to 'mono cultures'. Which in its turn leads us to a impoverished planet losing its biodiversity.

On which we relies to exist.
Actually we do. No mono cultures can change that.

We're not that impressive looking at it this way. The only thing we have succeeded with is wrecking a functioning planet.  Like small kids inventing 'new food' and flavors, then asking you to taste.

Well, this tastes terrible.

I know, I write about this and have been doing for quite a while now. But there has been no mass extinction yet. That depends on how you count, and what you count. https://animalsake.com/extinct-animals-in-last-100-years

That's those we know of. Then we come to almost extinct species as lions elephants etc. When we only see them in a zoo I think I would define that as close to a extinction we can come. When it comes to the smaller creatures as spiders flies insects overall, I don't think we know how many that might have disappeared the last century, and in this case the last decenniums.

When it comes to those we normally don't see, as fish and other marine life the situation seems even worse. Some due to overfishing, some due to global warming. And we fail fixing both of them. We actually do fail, words are only words.

Those problems was there before global warming and the trends all pointed the same way but with global warming to add to it, it constantly accelerate. Deforestation and mono cultures do nothing to help restoring biodiversity. I read that in some regions of China people has to pollinate their crops by hand now a days. Is that a future?

We know what to do, but we don't do it. And the reason why is because we will lose money on it, short time. And politicians are wary of presenting themselves as the ones doing it. It's so much easier to do as in Sweden and put a higher price on a plastic bag, thereby also gaining a new needed cashflow to the state than to demand that plastics needs to be able to break down naturally, and what we can't allow to break down to be recycled. Sweden could do that unilaterally, and watch other start to think about it but we won't. Politicians will refer to a needed consensus by the European Economic Community as the reason why it can't be done. But that will at best only be a half truth.
