It's what I tend to call a system fault. And one that is existent everywhere. There is this old maxim that none that deserve the position would want it and it might have some truth in it when it comes to the way your leaders turn out.

I don't really enjoy this kind of studies. They seem too simplistic to me. They also seem to be directed to preconceptions. Talking about black and white, while painting a picture of some people as being neurologically locked in. Myself  I think of the brain as 'plastic', I think that if you only get a fair chance most of you have the ability to learn. You will do it your way., but that's the only way you will learn

There will always be extremes naturally, it's what they call a wide ranging Bell curve of human instincts and emotions defining each one of us, with some of us ending on the fringe. I also tend to think that you are responsible and in that manner make your own choices, no matter where you place yourself on that curve. Good and evil, I think it exist. What's lacking is education and a fair chance in most cases. We're adaptive, social, and we tend to trust our bubbles, those that are given to us as we're born, growing up.

There exist other studies looking at it differently, studies in where this mix of different people connects to evolutionary aspects of survival for our species l. I'm betting on you being able to learn. Even though I sometimes despair.

And that is one of the problems with the societies we have. It creates a certain type of mind set to then idolize it. It paints a world of hierarchal thinking in where you always will look for a leader. A world where you can ignore your own responsibility for how it looks.

So guilds aren't my thing, I enjoy scenery and quests more. the pve more than the pvp. But if you're a gamer you know how important a guild will be for you as you level up, and how important teamwork becomes when you want to clear that heroic dungeon, or do a raid. A crisis?

It's not a crisis at all. Overpopulation is. What it means is that under period you will find more elderly than youngsters in your society but the end result will be a better life for those coming. Your wallets will shrink under this period, but you won't have to compete the way you do now for a job. You will have to share, your government will have to share and all revenues will shrink for those decades. That's not bad news, except for those that only think in form of reaping profits and GDP.

There is also this, why do the birthrates go down? Could it be that the society you have has become something where you don't even want to have a kid? It wouldn't surprise me.
