Omid it sounds like the girl was making a joint. People who smoke cannabis put it in with tobacco and smoke it like a normal cigarette.

Sounds like cannabis resin : hashish, "hash", "dope" ...

Quote
Hashish is often a solid or paste-like substance of varying hardness and pliability, and will soften under heat.
Its color can vary from green, yellow, black, reddish brown, or most commonly light to dark brown.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hashish

but Heroin also comes in a "brown" powder form which can be smoked with tobacco...

Quote
Recreational users may also administer the drug through snorting, or smoking by inhaling its vapors when heated; either with tobacco in a rolled cigarette or by heating the drug on aluminium foil from underneath

Just say no.

Your overall description confuses me because the paper on commercial cigarettes is typically too fragile and too dry to allow someone to put anything into it.  So, was it a store-bought "cigarette", and she was somehow putting something down the tip of it, or was she actually rolling a cigarette/joint?

Omid sorry to confuse you Dave
omid saw her rolling the brown powder into a white paper similar to cigarette one
but omid very sure it WAS a cigarette's paper cz she was holding a cigarette in other hand, in fact omid was about to ask her but omid's friends didn't allow omid to do so [:(]

If you saw her putting some brown powder into her cigarette it may have been her adding tobacco powder that falls down and accumulates at the bottom of the can or pouch.

Omid very sure it wasn't tobbaco cz omid've seen cigarette's tobbaco

I was thinking of what someone might commonly do in public outside a McDonald's.  Maybe it was a drug-infested part of town.

Nop, it wasn't a drug-infested area but was town centre but it was quiet cz it was 21.00hours and was quite dark while omid was coming out and the shopping centre was closed

Which one is 'better' in terms of how enjoyable is a matter of opinion. Cannabis (AKA hashish) is psychoactive so changes the way that you think and certainly how you feel while its in your body, ones perception of their environment will be somewhat different.

Tobacco in contrast is not mind altering at all, its just stimulant of the nervous system a bit like caffeine I suppose, it excites the nervous system and can give the feeling of making you more alert for a very small amount of time.

As far as more dangerous goes, well again I suppose that is debatable! Both have detrimental effects and smoking of either covers the lungs in tar so will damage your lungs. Tobacco is typically more addictive than cannabis and can cause cancer as well as many other health problems. I think the tar in cannabis can cause lung cancer too but there is the addition of many cancer causing chemicals in tobacco which makes this risk higher and it causes more than just lung cancer.

Cannabis can damage your brain, it has been shown to damage memory and can cause depression because it messes up the balances of the chemicals that make you feel happy. It can, I believe also trigger more serious psychological disorders like psychosis but I'm fairly sure this is rare.

RD is right, you should avoid both!
