Hi Karen, Well we made it through the bad storms nothing bad happened where I live. Sorry to say that some were not so lucky; there were 9 killed and dozens and dozens injured in Alabama. 8 of the those that were killed were teenagers; they were in a school that took a direct hit by a F4 or F5 tornado. Very sad. Total devastation. On a lighter note how have you been? where is everyone? I noticed that noone has wrote anything except you since I wrote the other day. Bummer; neils going to end up shuting this site down... I spent 5 hours at the gym Wednesday and I am sooooo sore; I went back Friday to try and work out some of the soreness but OUCH!!! still sore. (ha ha). I haven't tried the orange salad dressing but I plan to this week can't wait sounds so good. Well i'll holler back later. Take care.

Hi Sandra I am so sorry for all those lost and so glad to here you are ok. I will put all the others in my prayers.. and keep you there too. I am so sorry! It is so devastating to hear and know of all those suffering.

I have been checking in and trying to keep posting. Thank you for coming back it means alot to me. I need some help.. getting motivated. and back into my routine. You ladies and gents were always the best motivators. I loved being here amongst you. I need to get this weight off Or being amonst you is not going to last very long.. I am having some serious health issues and need to move down this road a bit more hastily.. eh! So I am ready to put the peddal down and head up and move out.. 93 more pounds here I come..YAYYYYYYY! I love tinkerbelle she is pretty. Where do you find all those pretty sparklies, I love twinkling sparkling things kind a like stars.. LOL

Well Neil had best get his tail feathers in here and help me else I 'm going to make him suffer....LOL He needs to be here to.. The big Lug.. and you know it two don't ya Neil!!! LOL Get on in here and help us. Weigh in Monday morning Bright and early! Must not forget.. I love that dressing and it is marvlous on a spring salad. The more spinich the better..Yummy!!Can't even talk about spring salad without crying ..LOL someone just shoot me please!!errrgh.. Man if I make it another week it will be a miracle!! Come on Sandra Lets do it ! Even if we are the only ones!!! YAYYYYYYYYY for us! LOL

I've lost 4 inches from my waist, 3 from my hips and I've gone down a shirt & shoe size.

CONGRATULATIONS CAROLYN...that is a wonderful accomplishment! A SHOE SIZE?? I have lost 115 lbs and still wear a nine and nine and 1/2 although I was having to buy 10's for width.. so I guess I have..Even in my smaller days which were few I was always a size 9 shoe.. just call me big foot!

YOU WILL MAKE IT TOO.. WE ALL WILL! YAYYYYYYYYYY!

Woohoo!!! Feeling a bit like Rocky this morning......cut 90 seconds off my morning walk, was shooting for 2 minutes off, but didn't quite make it. Probably 'cause my shoes are now too big. Maybe tomorrow.

Josefina has been HAPPY these past days just for one reason: her clothes are loose, and believe it or not, even if she has to spend more time in the mornings getting dressed because it is "too big".....she doesn't care!

This morning I gave my son a hug to wish him good luck on a big test. His first response was God, Mom....you've gotten alot smaller.....you're looking good! That's a big deal coming from Nic, he's not normally very complimentary. He made my day!

I'm heading into town to buy new shoes. Mine have gotten so big on me that I'm walking out of them. Yayyy!
