Great to see The Naked Scientist top of the 'Science' and 'Talk' podcasts on iTunes! Do we know how many podcasts are downloaded?

It's the presenters -- they're naturals :)

Thanks Roy - yes, it's a pleasant surprise.

But what's really interesting is that iTunes US has placed far more emphasis on science that iTunes UK. iTunes UK have done away with their Science and Medicine featured button.

As a result a lot of science podcasts are becoming under-represented in the UK.

We're far more popular in America than at home at the moment, ironically.

I'm a bit miffed with iTunes to be honest.

But, on a more favourable matter, we've turned our attention to podcast alley this month.

We're trying to make it to the top, at least of the tech section for starters. We just need a few votes and comments once a month.

Perhaps a few people here would be kind enough to vote for us. Here's the link

Yup. I noticed that. Very sad.

Most encouraging, Chris. They need the support.

Okeydokey -- vote registered. It was my first visit. Couldn't find Naked Scientist via the Home page. Had to do a search. To me, 'Technology' doesn't feel like the correct category.

Again; There is no 'Science' genre heading -- strange. 'Religion' is well represented of course.

Lovely show -- unique, and utterly 'British'.
