Hey Chris I ordered my book a couple weeks ago.. Do you know the time frame on delivery dates in the states??

did you order it from the Uk Karen, and did you pay for surface or air mail? sometimes they are sent by ship and not airmail also.

Actually if they ship it will take3 months, The last time I shipped to UK it took three mionths for it to arrive.. LOL

Yep I ordered it from the UK alright. I wanted an aussie version as it is hardback, but could not get it through the offer I was looking at!
