I know this will involve a lot of work, but would it be possible to have a section dedicated to the kitchen science experiments?

I have an 8 year old daughter who is very keen on science experiments and running out of things for her to do, and most stuff on the web revolves around volcanoes......

Dave (daveshorts) is working on a major revamp of the website. As part of that there will be a kitchen science section.. so yes, every chance I think.

Hi Paul

Rosy is spot on. There will be a dedicated section of the new site (due out next month), containing all the kitchen sciences we ever done.

All the ones we have ever done will probably take longer than the rest of the site, but there will certainly be lots there when the new site goes live.

It should be really cool.. Maybe some things geared toward my preschoolers too. YAYYYYYYYY! They love science.... and doing things that they can visually see helps them learn and remember how things work... I love it too, as I am the least scientific minded person around, so I will greatly benifit from this myself!

Well, you must be a good teacher Karen. I went to a good school and science was presented in such a boring way, experiments without much emphasis on the explinations for the result. Science and Mathermatics should be the most enjoyable of all lessons.
