I recall someone posting success for a month while taking a curtain drug.I have a doctors appointment in a couple hours about NE's. Please let me know. What I recall is 1) antidepressants (they can mitigate desire), and 2) at sleeptime, lying on the couch a certain way:http://www.google.com/#hl=en&source=hp&q=NE+nocturnal+emission+site%3Ahttp%3A%2F%2Fthenakedscientists.com&rlz=1W1DAUS_en&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai=&fp=9118ce00d2daff08

POIS=Neurotransmitters deficiency. (Except for those with already existing disorders such as low T; adrenal exhaustion; Autoimmune ect....)
.....MAOIs or antidepressants are not like magic pills....they take lots of time for them to work (4 weeks and more).....so yes ur symptoms won't disappear hands on since your neuros need time to replenish....in addition i recommend adding other similar herbs to ur arsenal....google antidepressant herbs,,,,u will find plenty of them...hope this helps....On the other hand Iam a Jr. member now! Hi GoingCrazy,How long have you taken zinc? Did you stop taking it at all, and do you still take it now? Thanks
Something of concern:There are people post comments on Girlwind's POIS Youtube video about not receiving a confirmation e-mail from the Naked Science forum, and thus not being able to register and share their experiences/ask questions/converse.
Guys read this link very carefully and you will understand why POIS is the result of Neuro[trasmitter]s deficiency...http://cure-erectile-dysfunction.org/symptoms-of-sexual-exhaustion
Z_one : anyway, neurotransmitters and especially catecholamines are still a very good possibility to explain some symtoms like lack of concentration.

(no full first name shown?) Richards, a "urologist" (no MD?). An MD education is required to call oneself a urologist, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urology And it seems highly unlikely that a urologist would be aligned with a health-supplement business. On the article author, I found nothing at all about him (her?) on Google. Usually, there are multiple Google listings from one or more data collection/reporting services on health practitioners. At least for any one of the many I've visited over the years. The website sells health-supplement products, to "cure" the ailments that they write about. A red-flag conflict of interest that casts serious doubt in my mind about any articles they write.Last, when I clicked on the website's "About Us" section, a very terse, nondescriptive 2-liner came up, witten by "Anonymous".
going crazy how much opti zinc and which company do you use in a day. I ask what company because you know herd market is not regulated.
