NE, masturbation or partner?daveman, I know you didn't ask me, but I just wanted to interject that I don't think we've ever seen a distinction here in POIS effects based on "approach".It's that some have said that the effects have seemed worse with just masturbation, where a partner is not involved.

I don't recall seeing that, but I might be forgetting. If so, could you link to those pages?

daveman, you said you had a vasectomy reversal and pois started after that. have you tried having your reversal reversed to see if that doesnt take care of the problem.
I had the feeling that the damage was irreversibley done.
Is anyone like me, in the fact that they have spent perhaps thousands on different herbal supplements but, if they're honest to themselves, have never actually felt the effects from any of them?

I guess I'm a whole lot more cautious now for one, and for the other, I had the feeling that the damage was irreversibley done. But you actually bring up an interesting point. The problem would be in finding someone who could properly advise... Another attempt would be so permanent. When I did the vasectomy, AND the reversal, I just accepted what they said! How could I or even they know? If indeed there is actually anything really to it. I mean, my feeling is that the reversal has something to do with it..... but I'm still not exactly sure what, and therefore not exactly sure that a reversal reversal would work.

....was the reversal successful in reattaching the tubes together.
I have been watching this thread for a while, but this is my first posting.I apologize if the following ideas have been already covered, I did not look through the whole thread. I would like to share that I had good results with the following routine:LJ100 (150mg - 3 pills in the morning on an empty stomach, 5 days a week)Fo Ti (500mg - 1 pill in the morning on an empty stomach, 5 days a week with LJ100)Bee Pollen (at least 15g, fresh granules, US pollen, dissolved before eating for improved absorption, on an empty stomach, any time, not necessary at once) - Credit goes to Jobe27, fromhttp://recover.forumup.org/viewtopic.php?t=986&mforum=recoverHis postings are very informative and smart, I tried a few times to deviate from his advice and each time I realized that he had a good reason for doing it in a certain way.I am thinking that somebody else may want to try this combination and report back.Cordyceps (especially sinensis), ashitaba, royal jelly, maca, sangre de grado, bilberry also helped me at times and they could be used to improve the above. Also reading Jobe27's postings could give you new information that I missed or did not apply to me.
