I feel that somehow, what I do to control the orgasm creates a controlled retrograde flow that initiates a process (auto-immune) which terminates within the 24 hrs. On odd occasions, I can have the milky pee within hours of the "O", in which case the symptoms drop off within a few hours as well. This time, no milky pee, and medium symptoms for 4 days. Then milky pee, but without much relief of the symptoms. The symptoms are primarily physical...

please somebody help me on here. for three years+ after sex or masturbation my abdomen begins to hurt. day 2 my entire right testicle and abdomen is in pain and by day 3 its all the way up into my shoulder and head. sometimes i am shaky and lethargic and also causes constipation and diffuculty sleeping. these side effects always happen in the same progression after sexual arousal or sex of any sort.i go to the er, my doctor, urologists, all of them say there is nothing. yet i am in severe pain for days even weeks on hand. the pain is gone maybee 4 to 5 days a month at best. does this seem like a case of pois? i am at my end of trying to find a doctor that doesn't think i am crazy or just looking to get pain meds. anybody please have any suggestions or can anyone relate to these issues i am having.

Dexter's?demo, the idea came when i asked my doctor if it was safe to try progesterone. she told me that she heard it was safe to try because they were testing it as a male contraceptive. a few weeks later i decided to look it up and found that they used a P/T combo to suppress spermatogenesis. so basically it came from the study about progesterone and post cotial headaches, because i was researching why progesterone might stop pois. that is the simple answer how the idea showed up on this forum.

I know that urinating is supposed to create a "feel good" reaction within the brain, maybe that helps with your symptoms, it actually helps with mine.

Today I'am trying 5 HTP pills. Let's see how I feel tomorrow. For today I hope I can sleep fast. It's very expensive. 30 pills for 17 euro. That's more than 50 cents a piece.
Is there anyone here who's had a testicle torsion in the past?
I'm just wondering, what part of body produces testosterone and progesterone? testicle? brain? thyroid?

Very Exciting [Waldinger] news! I cant wait for relief! My problems are complex, involving long term lyme disease and CFS [chronic fatigue syndrome], and having pois as a part of this really makes life quality poor. I am a postive person, and have thrown everything at this problem, but nothing has helped for the pois.THANK GOD I HAVE A WONDERFULLY UNDERSTANDING WIFE, CHILDREN AND FAMILY! I printed out the Dr's letter last night, and had my wife read it...we both cried last night in bed....Thanks goes out to ALL who have posted on here, and offered advice and encouragement.I found this thread after months of looks for answers....THANK GOD FOR YOU ALL!! Every doctor i have described the symptoms to all thought i was nuts...It seems the body responds poorly to the act, and instead of it being a good, pleasurable experience, it makes it a negative, very bad response.Thank you DR Waldinger, we axiously await your fidings...May I be your 1st guinea pig??lol
