Can I get some assistance identifying these 2 rocks?

I think they are the same mineral, but have no clue what rock/mineral they are...

What is the name of this rock/mineral please?

Thanks!
They were found in Plymouth, NH in the forest in a brook that runs through glacial gravel deposits from the last ice age.

Possibly crinoid fossils ?

Quote from: .wikipedia.org
Silurian New Hampshire was home to creatures like brachiopods, bryozoans, corals, crinoids, and trilobites ...

Just to make it clear: I haven't enhanced the OP's photo to bring out detail,
I've just superimposed a crinoid-fossil image on top of part of it, for comparison ...
