I am a cancer survivor because of CBD. I had breast cancer (stage 4) and i don't know how will I be cured but this friend of mine told me to try the CBD, at first I did not believe because my doctor doesn't allow me to take some cannabis as a medicine and this is a fake medicinal treatment. But I read this <SPAMMY LINK REMOVED> that it really help others that's why I tried it but I did not tell my doctor about it. So I take this for 11 months and it really helps me a lot. I know that others won't believe me but trust me it really does.

It has not been acknowledged as an official way to help cancer, but CBD has proved to destroy cancer cells and help you with the chemotherapy side-effects.

Evidence definitely can be posted here- if you have any.

For what it's worth cannabis derived drugs are used to help with cancer treatment- specifically in reducing the nausea and vomiting associated with cancer therapy.
The reduction in these side effects means that the anti-cancer drugs can be given at higher doses and that increases the chance of a successful treatment.
But that's not the same as saying "cannabis cures cancer". As far as we can tell, it doesn't.
Also, smoking cannabis- just like smoking tobacco- is a cause of cancer.
