Hello

I don't understand how to wire this 3 phase transformer - please tell how to wire it for power supply?

I'd call an electrician...

Indeed.

There is a lot more to primary power installations than just wiring a plug, and local codes vary with regard to color coding, earth bonding, protective earth spike specifications, current transformer and meter design and location, isolator and contactor specifications, cable sizing, cable routing support and protection, primary and secondary fuse protection, conductor bending and terminations......

If you just want to wire one major transformer like this, don't!  By the time you have learned how to do it and obtained the necessary supervised practice, trade insurance, tools and test meters to be able to issue a conformance certificate, it would have been a lot cheaper and quicker to get a licensed contractor to do the job.

On the other hand if you want to spend a couple of years getting a licence, it can be the start of a very satisfying career and profitable self-employment.

One of the main mistakes I found when I first started working with HELL company Kiel  installing and maintaining the  DC300 scanners that were supplied with a 10KVA star input transformer was often on those that I had not installed myself the neutral connection to the star input had been omitted.

HELL made it difficult and unless the installer really understand 3 phase it often happened HELL later changed to delta input transformers  !

OK
10KVA star input transformer
Can you guide how to wire it how to make primary and secondary winding in it

It sounds like you are trying to set up your own electrical grid, from the ground up?

But I agree with Alan and Chris - get an experienced and licensed person to do it.

I studied the theory at university, then got some practical experience in the industry. But if you want people to have electrical power (and not be killed by it), get someone who has the appropriate qualifications, and knows the standards and regulations for your country. Different countries have different practices, and even different areas of the same country have different practices, depending on the resistivity of the rock, for example.

In selecting the right transformer, you need to know:
- What is the common voltage and frequency in your country; common values are 230VAC at 50Hz and 115/230VAC at 60Hz in North America (Japan has both systems!)
- Is it a 2-phase or 3 phase Low Voltage distribution?
- How much power will be drawn?
- What is the distribution voltage in your area? These are often in the region of 11kV
- Is the distribution system star or delta/wye? (as Syphrum mentioned)
- What type of fuses or circuit breakers will be used on the supply side and subscriber side?
- How will you check the oil purity and replace the oil periodically?
See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delta-wye_transformer

Get these answers wrong, and your expensive transformer could overheat, break down, kill someone, or at least cause subscriber equipment to break down more often than it should.

Without an experienced person doing the design, installation and maintenance, the electricity supply company will probably refuse to connect you to their network - for your protection and theirs!

However, the electricity supply company will provide you with a professional installation - for an initial fee and ongoing charges.

If you want to set up a microgrid, it may be better to go to people installing small solar, wind and hydro systems.

Hello
yes how to setup electrical grid i want to learn it
1. 220V 50Hz 3 phase
2. power  will be 1KVA/1KW
3. yes 11KV
4. both star delta
5. both circuit breaker
6. oil will be changed
7.

This is a better idea than trying to learn brain surgery from a discussion forum; but only slightly beter.

Just to prove anything can be taught on-line,

How to fly an airplane

1.Push the start button

2. Point the aircraft in the direction you want to go

3. Increase the power until it flies.

(Driving a train is the same except you can leave out step 2 - that's done by the signalman)

Brain surgery

1. Get a sharp knife and a drill - preferably sterile

2. Make a hole in the patient's head

3.Cut out the defective bit.

(For heart surgery, use a saw instead of a drill)

How to run  a country

1. Get elected

2. Do whatever you want, or nothing at all

3. Blame your predecessor

(To run a business, as above, but blame the economy)

Your first requirement, then, is to build a suitable enclosure with adequate cooling, fire protection and security according to local code.
