Many anti-cancer drugs work by interacting with DNA.

The challenge is to kill the rapidly-dividing cancer cells, without killing (too many) of the non-cancerous cells.

I imagine any mutagens, in theory, can kill cells by causing excess DNA damage: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Mutagens

Alpha-Amanitin interferes with DNA expression and as such can be quite deadly: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alpha-Amanitin
