With a game institutionalizing inequality you shouldn't be surprised that conspiracy theories flourish. The more ignorant the population the easier to steer them. That's your radio, papers, television and Internet. It's no fault of the mediums, it's a fault of the game you play.

They don't go too well with a game of inequality.

So how do you get to a equal chance? Well. it's about ideals and beliefs, and how they can change infra structures, your definitions of what becomes 'profitable' and worthwhile. It's about how you define your rights, and everyone else. It's about your economical structures and how you share them. And it's about dismantling a game.

It's not the cost of it that's stopping you. It's the game.

If you do as I, think of it as your birth right, then the question becomes how to make that happen. And it means changing the whole structure we've used so far. It means making sure that everyone can afford it, it means that you should be able to study whenever you want or need it. Ideally it means that no matter what you do, study or work, you should still be guaranteed a citizens wage for doing so. To get there you will need a different game though.
