Birthday was fine and dandy !!...how was yours and everybody else's Valentines ?



Well I hope you have a nice Valentines... Mine is most always the pit's.. Although Robert did cook a good steak and baked potato and big green salad which was excellent, but the steak was as big as the plate... the bad thing was I ate the whole thing... It was very good with lots of garlic and pepper etc. etc. etc...I was so stuffed I felt horrible... I am ashamed.... LOL

Steak rules........big, thick, rare.....hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Roast rib of Beef is my favourite Roast Beef too.....soft, succulent.........cook it with garlic cloves pushed into it..oh my gawwwwwwwwwwwwwwd !!..I think i'm cummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmming !!!!!

Ohhhh, LOVE steak. Big, thick and medium rare please.......

Can't wait for dinner.  YAY! Ashley's home and we're taking her out for ..

Mmmm.  Prime Rib, with sauteed onions and peppers and garlic. 

Ok 1/2 of a prime rib and no bread please.

I wish I could Jump!!! LOL.. I did it last week and I actually was able to get air under my feet.. Two feet that is, and I also played me some Hopscotch! Although I must say that one was a bit taxing... Those kiddies had me whipped they all cheated, and used both feet all the time... No one footed hoping!!! LOL

I love steak,...LOL I might hop a plane just for a good piece of meat!!!! YAYYYYYYY! YUMMMMMMMY!

Hahaha.  We're still talking about steak right? LOL [;D]

Nic's Karate instructor told me hopping was great way to prevent osteoporosis.  Don't know how accurate that info is, but if you can, go for it.  If I hop too much, I may get black eyes.  LOL

I have heard the same as the protien aides in muscle mass which supports the bones, It must be good for the bones in other ways also!

Hiya everyone....I love prime rib or a nice porter house...but for some reason the past few years steak is hard for me to order...It overstuffs me when i eat it and don't do as well with beef as I do with chicken or fish...me loves both....mmmmm, it loves me mmmmm...
