GC, my mind gets very foggy with too much sleep too, I keep a regular schedule. Green, it might sound crazy but nutmeg works amazing as an anti-anxiety drug. At first I thought I was just sensitive to it but rather it takes a couple of weeks to take effect just like medication. I am back on it now, I am taking 1/8 of a teaspoon daily. It has been close to two weeks now and today I woke up feeling it, and had a better sleep. Maybe you want to consider this for yourself.
Today I heard my bloodtest results:Hormones:Progesteron: nothing to seeTestosteron: noting to seeProlactin: nothing to seeThyroid: a little divergent, like the other two times (Ts4: 11, a little bit low)Blood:General blood levels: nothing to seeDiabetes: nothing to seeVitamins: I will hear that next week because this takes a longer timeThis tests were 2 days after an O.Should I ask for a bloodtest for Cortisol?

I am in my mid twenties and have a head full of hair and just wondering whether POIS sufferers have in general a head full of hair. I have a small theory where males that get bold its like a sign that things working well in their body and that the baldness is just like the very end product of hormone conversation. But is anyone here is bold and still suffering?? I'm balding badly at my crown and temple areas. My 57 year old father has more hair than I do!!! Baldness does not run in my family, all siblings have a forset on their head, where as I have a little grass patch and a hairline which starts parallel to the middle of my ears, it's embarrassing to say the least. Every morning I wake up, I use a lint hair roller to catch the hair on my pillow and it's not a pretty site.Chronic stress levels combined with POIS agony seem to be the clear indicators contributing to hair loss in my case, along with low testosterone levels, I've been loosing hair gradually since aged 15.

Demografx,I don't think the interview is a good idea, not on a joke/spoof website. If he is genuinely concerned about publicizing this condition so that people who are suffering can get help then how about an interview in a different medium, where the objective isn't to make jokes. Yes, publicity is good, but if we're going to make an effort, why not give it the seriousness it deserves.

There is no running joke about people with Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, MS, etc., and I don't think there should be one about POIS.I am hesitant to say anything that might prevent even one extra person from finding these resources and getting help. But really, if this guy cares there are more effective things he can do I'm sure. We have to keep our dignity.Maybe I'm wrong, maybe we should do it. But I think we should at least voice these concerns to this person.

Whatever you decide to do we'll support your decision 100%.
demo,If you think its a good idea, could you write to Dr.Dexter, to ask him to write to his patient, to invite and tell him about the forum?Im sure we'll like to ask him a few things.
What I really don't like about the spoof site is how there are bits of false information very much integrated with bits of true information.
Does anyone had a bloodtest for dopamin and serotonin?
