The geological activity coefficient of Mercury can be calculated using the following formula.
E ≈ (Vm / Sm) / (Vm / Rm) = 0.003 / 0.0045 = 0.66
----------------
Where Vm - The orbital speed of Mercury - 174,000 km / h.
Sm - The distance from the Sun to Mercury is 58,000,000 km.
------------------
Where Vm - Equatorial rotation speed of Mercury - 11 km / h.
Rm - Mercury radius - 2400 km.

Sz - The distance from the Sun to Venus is 110,000,000 km.
------------------
Where Vz - Equatorial rotation speed of Venus - 6.52 km / h.
Rz - Radius of Venus - 6000 km.

The geological activity coefficient of the Earth can be calculated by the following formula.
E ≈ (Vz / Ss) / (Vl / Rz) = 0.00071 / 0.26 = 0.0027

The geological activity coefficient of Jupiter can be calculated using the following formula.
E ≈ (Vyu / Syu) / (Vyu / Ryu) = 0.000061 / 0.64 = 0.000095
----------------
Where Vy - The orbital speed of Jupiter - 47052 km km / h.

Do you know what "liar" means?
It means someone who says something which they know is not true.
Now the real value for the eccentricity is, on average  0.0549, and you know that because you have been told repeatedly.
And, more importantly, it varies as you say, from 0.026 to 0.077.

And you keep saying it doesn't.
You keep saying it's a fixed value
 30/360 = 0,083
which you know isn't true.

Why do you keep doing that?

Why do you say it is fixed and also say that it varies?

Satellites that are in resonance between themselves and with the planet, as a rule, move stably and move away from the planet.
And satellites that do not resonate with the planet move randomly, somersault, change eccentricity and approach the planet.
The eccentricity of satellites is also affected by the physical libration of planetary satellites, the nature of which is in the three-body problem.

The eccentricity of the Moon's orbit can be calculated using the following formula. E = Vz / Vl = 0.0411 / 0.55 = 0.0747
Where Vz - Earth's orbital speed - 0.0411 degrees / hour.
Vl - Moon's orbital speed - 0.55 degrees / hour.

The eccentricity of the Moon's orbit can be calculated using the following formula.
E = (Vz / Sz) / (Vl / Sl) = 0.00071 / 0.0095 = 0.0747
Where Vz is the Earth's orbital speed - 107,218 km / h.

The eccentricity of the Moon's orbit varies, from 0.026 to 0.077.

Both formulas show that the average eccentricity of the Moon's orbit is 0.0747.
And the average eccentricity of the Moon's orbit, which is determined using radar, is 0.054.

The hypothesis of the formation of a record super-new moon.
As we know the length of the lunar ellipse depends on the orbital velocity of the Earth.
The monthly orbital velocity of the Earth increases monthly in the new moon phase, which increases the length of the lunar ellipse. At the same time, the height of the lunar ellipse decreases accordingly, due to which, in the new moon phase, the Moon becomes closer to the Earth, and as a result a super-new moon is formed.
In winter at perihelion, the orbital velocity of the Earth rises.
During the coincidence of the perihelion of the Earth and the new moon, the orbital velocity of the Earth reaches its maximum value, due to which a record super-new moon and super-full moon are formed.
In the summer in aphelion, in the new moon phase, only the super-new moon is formed.
Calendar of record super moons. https://predicalendar.ru/wiki/moon/super-moon/

Criticism of the existing theory of record super moon.
Super moon - occurs when the full moon or new moon coincides with perigee, as a result of the rotation of the orbit of the moon. At a speed of one revolution in 8.8 years.
It means:
That every 8.8 years super moon happens.
And given the fact that the moon’s orbit rotates extremely slowly, 1 revolution in 8.8 years, then the super moon lasts about a year.
At the same time, if the moon is super full in perihelion, then in the aphelion, after half a month, micro new moon should occur.
But such a natural phenomenon is not observed in nature.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apsidal_precession
2) What force rotates the orbit of the moon?
3) Why the record-breaking super moon is not formed in the summer.
4) Why is the record super new moon more than the super full moon.
5) The orbit of the moon does not rotate and does not make one revolution in 8.8 years. Because, the Solar Coriolis effect, once a month stretches the orbit of the Moon along the orbit of the Earth. And the orbits of the planets of the solar system rotate. https://ru.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%A1%D0%BC%D0%B5%D1%89%D0%B5%D0%BD%D0%B8%D0%B5_%D0%BF%D0%B5%D1%80%D0%B8%D0%B3%D0%B5%D0%BB%D0%B8%D1%8F_%D0%9C%D0%B5%D1%80%D0%BA%D1%83%D1%80%D0%B8%D1%8F

6) The major axis of the moon's ellipse is always elongated along the Earth’s orbit, and does not become perpendicular to the Earth’s orbit.

To determine the orbital angular velocity of the Earth, it is sufficient to multiply the angular velocity of the Moon by the eccentricity of the Moon's orbit.
Vz ≈ Vl × E ≈ 360 × 0.083

Let's check.
Quote from: Yusup Hizirov on 20/07/2020 12:16:11
angular velocity of the Moon
OK
The orbital period is
27.321661 days
Which is
2,360,591.5 seconds
So the velocity is
4.2362 * 10^-7 Hz
2.6617 e-6 rads per second

Quote from: Yusup Hizirov on 20/07/2020 12:16:11
eccentricity of the Moon's orbit.
And that's
0.0549
Quote from: Yusup Hizirov on 20/07/2020 12:16:11
orbital angular velocity of the Earth
OK that's once every 365.24 days
31,556,736
And a frequency of
3.16889e-8 Hz
And an angular velocity of
1.9911e-7 rad/sec

OK, so, what you are saying is that you
"multiply the angular velocity of the Moon by the eccentricity of the Moon's orbit."
To get "the orbital angular velocity of the Earth"

OK that's
multiply 2.6617 e-6 rads per second by 0.0549
To get  1.9911e-7 rad/sec
But that's not the answer you get from that multiplication, is it?
You can save a lot of scrabbling with arithmetic by working in reciprocal days as a unit.

orbital angular velocity of the Earth
1/365.24
0.0027379257
angular velocity of the Moon
1/27.321661
0.0366009958

And the ratio is
0.07480
Which isn't 0.0549

Quote from: Yusup Hizirov on 20/07/2020 12:16:11
Also, you can check the orbital speed of other planets.
Why bother?
It doesn't work with the Earth and the Moon.

Where Vz is the Earth's orbital speed - 107,218 km / h.
