Congenital rhabdomyoma

A 1956 autopsy specimen from a female neonate who died the day following birth from the effects of an intra-cranial haemorrhage due to a moulding birth tear of the dura. Autopsy revealed this major and a smaller tumour of the heart which, though it might well have prevented ultimate survival, was not concerned with the causation of death.
