Cardiac Pathology: Myocardial infarction: Cardiac rupture

A 1937 autopsy specimen from a 67 year old man of no known occupation. He had had no medical attention "for many years". He was found dead on the pavement one evening having been passed by several persons in the belief that he was drunk.
