Propagating coronary artery thrombosis


An autopsy specimen from a 41 year old woman admitted in December 1963 with 45 per cent full thickness burns, due to her nightdress catching alight from a coal fire which she was bending over drying her hair. She died of a coronary thrombosis six weeks later.
