Hepato-biliary Pathology: Liver: Metastatic carcinoma in the liver

An autopsy specimen from a 30 year old woman who continued to bleed following a miscarriage. The bleeding became more profuse. She became increasingly anaemic and cachectic, developing haemoptysis immediately prior to death.
