Multiple berry aneurysms

A 1954 autopsy specimen from an 80 year old woman who fell at home having tripped over a carpet edge sustaining a fractured pelvis. She was taken to hospital where she was subsequently found to have carcinomatosis from a primary of the stomach. No symptoms or signs of the cerebral lesions shown here had ever arisen, her doctor had no record of attendance for other than minor ailments.
