Could Dark Matter be interfering with our measurement of G?

Hello, Naked Scientists...

It is said that the Universal Gravitational Constant (abbreviated "G") is probably the most difficult of the fundamental constants in nature to measure, only being known to about 4 significant figures.

It is also said that Dark Matter is continually passing through us, not interacting with us apart from the gravitational effect of its mass.

Could this random rain of Dark Matter be interfering with our attempts to measure "G" more precisely?

Could these random gravitational tugs of Dark Matter be another way to detect Dark Matter?
