Russians Plan to Hit Mars By 2015

Russia has announced plans to send a 6 man team to Mars by 2015. Building the 2 spacecraft needed for the trip is expected to cost over 20 billion dollars, over 70 percent of which, Nikolay Anfimov from the Russian Aviation and Space Agency says, would need to come from NASA and the European Space Agency.
