A 1976 autopsy specimen from a 31 year old female who was admitted to Guy's complaining of severe headache of sudden onset, nausea and vomiting. Her BP was 190/105 and she had a collapsing pulse, a systolic murmur and weak femoral pulses. She became deeply unconscious and died three days later.
