Vascular Pathology: Vascular Disease: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm with Stent

An autopsy specimen from an 86 year old man who presented with abdominal pain. A clinical diagnosis of abdominal aortic aneurysm was made. He had a successful elective stent operation. Unfortunately, he died from a myocardial infarct the following day.
