Dr Hakim Yadi OBE is CEO of the Northern Health Science Alliance Ltd (NHSA). He led the formation of the NHSA, bringing together 20 NHSA members as a single health partnership across the North of England, securing over £60m raising the profile of the North’s health research at national and international levels. Prior to leading the NHSA, Hakim was a Principal Consultant at PA Consulting Group. Hakim holds a PhD in the Immunology of Pregnancy from the University of Cambridge and is the co-founder of two women’s healthcare companies. He was awarded an OBE in the 2017 New Year’s Honours list for services to healthcare technology and the economy.
